Restorative Functional Conditioning
200-hour Yoga Teacher Training

The IDY Therapy - Restorative Functional Conditioning Teacher Training Program is the application of "Yoga as Therapy" for chronic pain generally associated with stress, injury, common ailments, and other neuromuscular disorders. In this 200-hour Program, instructors learn therapeutic Yoga methods for restoring functional conditioning of muscles and joints. Instructors expand their knowledge and application of the IDY Method and Seven Principles of Synergy for restorative functional conditioning and creating an integrated approach to mind/body health and healing. Focus is placed on teaching small group classes and one-on-one IDY Therapy - Restorative Functional Conditioning sessions. The IDY Therapy - Restorative Functional Conditioning Teacher Training is suitable for yoga instructors, body-workers, personal trainers, group exercise instructors, and health care professionals who would like to incorporate IDY Therapy and yoga-based wellness techniques into their existing classes and professional services. NCYI has submitted this Yoga Teacher Training Program to Yoga Alliance for 200-hour RYT approval. Prerequisities do apply.
